Victoria Raymont
Victoria Raymont is founder and president of
StrategicSolutionsGroup, Inc. A creative motivator and
gifted conceptual thinker, Victoria serves as a highly regarded
strategist, skillful facilitator, trusted consultant and coach to senior
executives, top management and trustees throughout the United
States. Prior to founding StrategicSolutionsGroup in 1996, Ms.
Raymont began her career as an engineer in the chemical division of one
of the country’s leading manufacturers of rubber and specialty chemical
products. Subsequently, she served in senior positions for leading
international marketing, training and consulting firms.
Victoria advises her clients from concept through implementation on
top-level strategic planning/development, organizational change
management,
effective governance/leadership and results-oriented coaching. In
particular, Victoria brings a keen sense of strategy, context and fit to
each assignment and is eager to take a tough-minded look at future
scenarios that could help realize an organization’s mission.
Victoria encourages a balanced approach to measurable outcomes, and
understands the essential components of an organization’s sustainability
required
to execute processes which deliver the value proposition and achieve
desired
financial goals.
Victoria serves as a:
- Guide in the design and execution of a
practical, expeditious strategic planning and implementation process
- Diagnostician to assess organizational
patterns and recognize the larger context of an organization at
three essential levels – strategic (direction), organizational
(culture/people) and operational (structure/processes)
- Strategic thinker able to craft and facilitate
effective/productive engagements that prompt clarity of purpose,
challenge and stretch thinking, place accountability and articulate
action action
Ms. Raymont is a graduate of Kent State University where she earned
Bachelor of Science degrees (pre-med) in chemistry and zoology.
Victoria also successfully completed the advanced coaching training
curriculum from The Coaches Training Institute. She is a past
member of ICF (International Coach Federation), ASTD and the Chicago
Organizational Development Network. Past speaking engagements include
The Society for Manufacturers and Engineers, The National Society for
Healthcare Foodservice Management, and The Society of National
Association Publications.
